Mission: WE ARE ON A MISSION TO ADDRESS POVERTY IN PARADISE. We work in the Eastern Caribbean to enhance the effectiveness of local organizations that service students, abused youth, elderly and the homeless. Our belief is that we can work together with local organizations to alleviate some of the suffering from being impoverished, and make this a more loving, caring, and better world. Macario Advantage is looking to make a positive difference in this corner of the world using the skills and resources with which it has been blessed. We are actively involved in every project we support to ensure that we get positive, tangible results. We work hard to improve the future for the residents of Caribbean island communities!

Magoe and Clair have been a source of help and encouragement to me as a special education teacher at the Roosevelt Douglas Primary School. They provided much-needed equipment and other resources that enhanced teaching and learning. They changed the ambiance of the classroom making the environment a more pleasant and comfortable one for the atypical students. In addition, the entire school benefited from the couple's projects as they provided needed school supplies, they painted motivational murals, and they provided a teachers’ lounge and first aid station. They organized numerous volunteers to repaint the school following Hurricane Maria. I am retired now, but their help and support remain etched on my heart.

Macario Advantage first offered its voluntary services to us in 2018. They were a strong motivational force for our staff and clients alike. No job was too much or too small for them to accomplish. Importantly, they never undertook any work without the input of Cornerstone, and they undertook their efforts with pride. Since they have been with us, they have essentially redefined and maximized all workable spaces both in the exterior and interior of the building. They refurbished our kitchen, built cabinetry, painted interior walls, built furniture, and provided tremendous support for management in the implementation of Cornerstone’s humanitarian work.

No doubt, Cornerstone House has been blessed to work with Macario Advantage. It's been a remarkable experience. They transformed a hovel into a home!!

2019 Volunteered with members of Macario Advantage at Clifton Primary school in Dominica. The project involved staining and painting classroom desks, lunch table and benches. Macario provided the materials for this work and was very hands-on. They also work on other projects on the Island, including the Kalinago community. Their involvement with the Island community is very valuable and much needed. There is also a passion on the part of their members for the work they do.

Macario Advantage Foundation has worked with us at the Boys Training Centre in St.Lucia for the past two years. Their donations have seen a general improvement in the operations of the institution and has added value to our programming. They have assisted with the refurbishing of our kitchen as well as donating kitchen supplies along with equipment and tools for our workshops The Centre looks forward to our continued partnership with Macario Advantage Foundation.

I was privileged to meet Clair and Magoe on one of their many trips to Dominica. So many people in Dominica know Magoe and Clair or know of them because of the dozens of projects they have successfully carried out on the island. We first collaborated on work at the Northern District Home for the Elderly in Portsmouth.
We became friends and I became grateful for experiencing the selflessness, passion and kindness which overflowed in their help for others.
Our non profit organisation RiDOM worked together with them on a joint project at the Savanne Paille primary school in March 2019, a successful joint venture which we all enjoyed.
I am grateful for Magoe and Clair and all the great work they are doing through Macario Advantage in the Caribbean. May they continue to be abundantly blessed with strength, courage and wisdom to continue their invaluable work.

I've known the founders of Macario Advantage for a few years. Magoe and Clair are not only generous, but they are both capable and energetic. They have used their skills and good fortune to help others at a stage in their lives that many people would prefer to settled down.
Their authentic optimism and relentless work has had a positive effect in many people's lives in the very areas needed. Truly, I'm grateful to have come to known them and the amazing work they have embarked to help others. Macario is a vessel of love and charity, I hope it will find always safe harbour in many selfless hearts.

Founded by Clair and Magoe Menning, Macario Advantage is an humanitarian outreach with a servant’s heart. And it is with a servant’s heart that each project is undertaken and completed. Hope flourishes in all they do.

I first met Clair and Magoe shortly after hurricane Maria obliterated the island of Dominica. At that time they were playing a significant role in organizing the volunteers from the sailing community who wanted to bring help and hope to the people of Dominica.

Since then I have accompanied Magoe and Clair on many of their projects in both Dominica and St. Lucia and I have come to know and love their servants’ hearts. They do good work with great joy. They are diligent in their oversight of the projects they undertake, minimizing the costs while maximizing the long term benefits of their efforts. They are a “hands on” organization, actively participating in the drudge work some of their projects require all the while directing and encouraging those who are working with them. Whether as volunteers or donors, those who support the work of Macario Advantage become part of their humanitarian outreach and are rewarded with the joy it brings.

I visited Dominica and stayed with Clair & Magoe Menning. I had a chance to see the great works of their nonprofit organization. I visited two homes they assisted one was for the elderly and one was for Teens at Risk. I had a chance to see how the people from Dominica were so appreciative of their assistance. The happiness of the Boatman were amazing. They were so excited to see the Menning’s arrive to Dominica. Dominica is such a beautiful island and it has such welcoming people.

This is a great organization . Very welcoming and concerned about real issues in the community . When something needs to be done they are also very hands on which is rare with some organizations , it makes them stand out .
Happy to have witnessed the growth within and the progress in the projects they've touched .

My wife and I visited Clair and Magoe in St. Lucia in April 2019. They showed us several of their projects, and we spoke with the staffs. We came away highly impressed with the scope and obvious value of Macario Advantage's work on this island. Clair and Magoe are clearly dedicated to making a difference in the lives of disadvantaged islanders. There is much need for their work in this very small island-country, which has limited work opportunities for the residents and relies heavily on tourism. Add to that the devastation of hurricanes, and there are always plenty of opportunities to help.
