I had no idea what the Lutheran Development Society of Sacramento did until I was invited to run for election to the Board. This charity accomplishes so much! The Lutheran Development Society provides grants to Lutheran churches in the area, who submit approved grant requests. Each year thousands of dollars are provided to fund exciting programs at these churches. It is truly an honor to sit on the Board and hear the stories of what each church is doing. These member churches inspire me to think outside the box while doing God's work, helping others!
