Mission: Support for the terminally ill
Programs: Benton hospice service provides comprehensive care to people nearing the end of life. Hospice service includes compassionate healthcare in the patient's residence as well as support for the patient's family. 373 patients were served during 2014.
transitions is a program for individuals who are not under hospice care but are dealing with a life-limiting illness. We offer assistance with companionship, compassion, and connection to community resources for individuals and their loved ones. This is a non-medical program, provided free of charge, and is funded totally from donations. In 2014 we served 144 transitions clients.
