LCPC has helped my family with two pregnancies now - confirming pregnancy and providing resources. When we've run out of diapers a couple of times, we've walked in holding our babies and they immediately provided a week's worth of diapers, no questions asked. They also provide parenting classes, and "baby bucks" that you can use in the thrift shop in the back. The items available are actual quality items, too, not something that rightfully belongs in a dumpster somewhere.
The staff is warm, loving, and kind, and the facility is inviting and calming. The whole experience makes one feel safe and cared for.

Causes: Health, Reproductive Health Care, Reproductive Rights
Mission: Lowcountry pregnancy center exists to provide life-affirming reproductive health and family services in a compassionate christian environment in the tri-county area.
Programs: The lowcountry pregnancy center provided services for over 6,844 client visits in 2017, which included free pregnancy tests, free ultrasounds, peer counseling, parenting classes, and the distribution of free baby clothes, diapers, formula and baby equipment. In 2017, $78,173 worth of baby items were distributed to the community. A thorough annual report for distribution to all donors and grantors was developed and published, as well as literature for our clients. Clients completed exit surveys and the comments on our services were overwhelmingly positive.
the center received donated services by qualified doctors and nurses. These professionals provide extensive consulting and ultrasound services to clients without charge and were valued at $77,829 for the year.
