Mission: The organization's mission it to develop, finance, and manage affordable housing for low and moderate income residents of coastal south carolina, and to provide community services to low income individuals and families of this same area. The organization continues to assist low and moderate income families with rental assistnace, home rehabilitation, and home ownership assistance, and to provide community services such as comprehensive homebuyer counseling programs, which includes one on one and group classes and access to down payment assistance programs.
Programs: The organization has successfully assisted several low income home owners with rehabilitating their owner occupied residences during the past fiscal year through the use of grant funds received from the charleston county government's home program
