What a great program helping people in need. I have been able to be part of several of the events over the years and I am always amazed how rewarding it is to be able to make someone’s day a bit brighter. The worlds needs more nonprofits like Love to NIC.

Helped Love to NIC pass out hundreds of shoes hats and gloves to the homeless in two places in Tampa Bay. We also got to serve plated lunches at Feeding America. It was well organized and resulted in many smiling faces!

I am fortunate to support Love to NIC as a board member and volunteer. Since its inception, I’ve seen this non-profit do incredible things for the homeless community. Not only from a local standpoint in Winchester, VA but also nationally during their annual trip to a different city. Outreach in the local community has increased exponentially with the executive director collaborating with other non-profits in the community. If you’re looking to donate or volunteer to a non-profit, I’d highly recommend Love to NIC. All donations and proceeds go directly to the homeless. Administration costs are supplied by the board. You won’t find a non-profit with more heart and desire to help those that are less fortunate, struggling with mental illness, and in need of a good meal.

I have had the privilege to participate in many of Love to NIC events. Holly has all the events so well organized for the volunteers that when we show up we get to enjoy the benefits of the gratitude of all the happy people receiving the brand new, name brand shoes, cozy Bombas socks, hats and mittens. I was there the first year when she handed out just used shoes. I am in awe how far she has grown this into a non-profit through her grief in memory of her son!.
