Mission: Mission Statement At the heart of every animal’s welfare success story are two things; first, the incredible compassion of the people (like you!) who made it happen, and second, an inspiring mission that united people in the first place. We observed a great need in our community to assist, rescue, foster, provide medical care and love for the unwanted, homeless, neglected and abused animals we so often see. We work with animals, within our community and throughout United States, and our guided by these three core values: compassion, integrity, and dedication. Animals in our care are spayed or neutered, receive all appropriated veterinary care and treatment, and are given unconditional love until they find their forever home. We also aid and help our community to care for their animals when they cannot provide the basic care these animals so desperately need such as food and veterinary attention. In addition, we provide animal shelters with education and resources to fight for better legislation to better protect their shelter animals. Additionally, given the unpredictable nature of natural disasters in our surrounding area, we provide the necessary housing to our local animal shelters, in order to house the animals, there, within our facility, so evacuating families can have their beloved animals kept safe during these storms. The ability to take on these additional animals at the drop of a hat, allows our local animal shelter to not have to euthanize the existing animals within their care to accommodate the citizens of our area. Our vision: That every shelter animal gets a true chance at the life they deserve. We look forward to a society that no longer views adoptable companion animals as disposable commodity and people responsibly spay and neuter their animals to put and end to the overpopulation that exists today. Our Core Value: We rely on ourselves, our hands and minds, and the things around us to save the lives of animals that otherwise have no protection. Respect life: We pride ourselves on the respect, value and love we give each individual animal, and balance that with the respect we give to pets as a whole group. Lastly: There is a vulnerable group of animals that need “Sanctuary Homes” for the remainder of their lives. Love My Pitties strives to allow animals that are deemed “Unadoptable” to be housed within our facility when the situation is suited. These animals have an opportunity within our care to have not only an opportunity to live, but a quality of life that is our top priority. This community has given us a gift; be worthy of that gift
