Miss Randy the head person at Love in the Name of Christ is completely unprofessional and non empathetic. Today i called as a newly single mother & like before i've called for a question or assistance I am again met with rudeness and inconsiderate comments about classes I have allegedly "dodged" (her words) yet they do not update my file (telephone number) so I'm unsure of what she is referring to. A more appropriate response would have been that I did not reply , or she could have invited me SINCE i've NEVER been invited . My first time hearing about a class was when I was given a flyer from the trustee. Randy consistently talks down to you then ask can she pray with you. (i'll pass) Today I ended the call because her rudeness will not be tolerated just because I am i need. Randy's tone of voice and comments are condescending & unnecessary. Multiple people have said this about her character & i would have to agree . This organization does not exhibit Christ love whatsoever & it's a shame that they have such a non- empathetic person running their business . Do better .
