Lost Dog Foundation ans it's founder Lisa Edwards work tirelessly to help all types of animals in the US and Mexico. Their recent objective is to TNR 50 kitties in 75 days . This requires many hours of hard work often in extreme heat or cold. Driving through Richmond VA you just may see Lisa sitting on the ground in a parking lot or yard of a deserted home/trailer park trying to entice some kittens to come a little closer...baiting them with tasty foods, rescuing a pit bull from a rooftop or rescuing two dogs from a large park in Richmond. The park rescues took two months for one dog and over 6 months on the other dog. Lisa does this work with just a couple of friends and neighbors and appreciates all the support she gets. 100% of donated funds are used for the animals..
Lisa Edwards is one of the most selfless animal rescue volunteers I have ever encountered. With very little funding, she has rescued and cared for hundreds of animals in need through sheer force of will and determination. The Lost Dog Foundation is a model for what animal rescue should be: dedicated, selfless, frugal and entirely committed.
So many more dogs would. E left suffering and dying without Lost Dog Foundation. It’s not just the spay and neuter clinics but the day-to-day work on the ground, both locally and internationally that make a huge difference to the animals. Lisa and the whole crew have hearts as big as the universe.
Amazing work and amazing care for the pups and dogs that pass through this organization. From the hours and hours dedicated to helping local animals in need, to the energy spent organizing spay and neuter clinics for communities in need. Thank you for all that you do!
As a full time resident of Tulum, Mexico I experience the plight of homeless and mistreated dogs and cats on a daily basis. I am beyond blessed to have the ability and opportunity to work with Lisa and Lost Dog Foundation here in Tulum. Her dedication is beyond imaginable and it's so rewarding to see and be a part of the work that is being done here to help these animals that have no voice. I have personally fostered abandoned and lost puppies with the support of Lost Dog Foundation and have escorted puppies to Canada to meet their new forever homes. I strongly believe that it takes a village to do the work that needs to be done and I feel lucky to have connected with Lisa and to be a part of this growing village of volunteers, foster/adoptive parents, vets and everyone else who becomes involved in this work.
We adopted a rescue dog through Lisa in 2012. She worked tirelessly to find a volunteer to bring her to Canada from Mexico. Her passion for animals knows no boundaries and it is evident by the time she spends helping get them off the streets and out of dangerous situations.
Can’t say strongly enough what a great nonprofit Lost Dog Foundation is. In fact, the name of this foundation is actually far too modest. Lost dogs, found dogs, neglected dogs, abandoned dogs, and loved dogs who need help — all are given care. Cats, too. Simply put, this is is an exemplary organization that truly does all it can to help animals in need, both locally and globally. As inspired as it is inspiring, here is the gold standard for tireless, ethical compassion.
In June 2017, I traveled for work to Cancun and then took some days off to visit beautiful Tulum, Mexico. While laying on the beach I saw many dogs that lived there, among them there was my now youngest fur baby Justice. She had a big belly as she was expecting beautiful puppies. I fell in love with her and spent the three days I was there looking for an organization to rescue her. I talked to everybody at the hotel, searched on the internet for groups and finally while eating dinner at a restaurant I found information about this awesome women-led organizations called Help Tulum Dogs sister organization of US Lost Dog Foundation. I contacted them and they were all I was looking for. They rescued Justice two days later and she went to a wonderful foster family who took such great care of her and her puppies. After couple of months, when puppies were big enough they were flew to Canada to find their forever home and are doing pretty good. I was always in touch with the awesome people in Mexico from both organizations, specially Lisa from Lost Dog Foundation to support Justice abs puppies and hear about her progress. Then, the time came for Justice to find her forever home and leave her foster home. Lisa from Lost Dog Foundation contacted me and asked if I wanted to adopt Justice. It was a tough decision but I decided to go ahead and adopt her as I couldn’t leave Justice without a home as I promised that I would never leave her alone. Lisa brought her to me in November last year and we have been the happiest family ever. Justice has become best friends with my other dog Liberty. Lost Dog Foundation does such a great job helping dogs in the US and Mexico! They are amazing and truly care about the animals they rescue. One of the most committed animal rescues I’ve ever been contacted with and supported. I’m forever thankful for all they do and they did for my girl Justice, one of my greatest loves!
An extremely dedicated organization and founder helping some of the animals most in need. No matter the time it takes, the costs, the frustration and heartbreak the founder continues on to help so many animals who go on to live the wonderful and happy lives that they deserve.
Lisa rescued our dog from a landfill. The trip was long and often nonproductive, but Lisa made it many times over several months, recruiting volunteers to help, hoping to rescue not only what became our dog, but that dog's mother, grandmother, and other relatives. In the end, only the mother dog remains, but even she is left with the opportunity for a better life - a sturdy shelter, food, water and blankets provide care until she, too, is caught. We have watched our dog go from feral to cuddler in such a short time. We watch her chase squirrels and think - she never could have lasted long as a hunter on her own. We watch her pull blankets onto her bed and beg to be brushed, and realize she's too spoiled to be a "dump dog" ever again. And that's a good thing. Because of Lisa's tireless efforts, lives were saved and lives were changed. What more could you ask of a dedicated rescuer?
Lost Dog Foundation and Lisa work tirelessly to help dogs and cats out of horrible and/or abandaned situations. They seek medical care for animals they rescue and nurse them back to health till they can find the perfect home for the animals. Unfortunately due to a cruel world some of these animals can not be saved however many many more are saved and go to live a wonderful life thanks to Lisa and Lost Dog Foundation and all that assist her. They sponsor spay/neuter clinics several times a year to help pet owners who do not have the mean so to pay for these procedures. They sponsor vaccination clinics as well. I have been a donor for several years and will continue to donate to such a wonderful charity.
Lost Dog Foundation will be organizing a 6 day spay and neuter clinic in Tulum, Mexico in collaboration with their local partners. This clinic is one of the many efforts LDF makes to create a massive change in the street animal population and also compagnion animals. If we teach the local communities how to treat their animals, we help them to a better coexistence and the people will profit as well as there is less misery, less diseases spread, less unhealthy conditions in the streets by reducing feces and spreading of garbage in general. These are only few of the examples that come to my mind but the most important is that we break the cycle of unwanted reproduction and overpopulation of cats and dogs in this beautiful Mexican holiday destination.
I am proud to be a volunteer at these clinics and get in touch with them if you want to help with the November 2017 clinic.
Lost Dog Foundation is also involved in many other rescue activities nationally and internationally. Get in touch with them and help them help the animals.
I have met Lisa many years ago, of course if was in an animal rescue organisation. She has founded Lost Dog Foundation to help dogs in need in Mexico and elsewhere, too. I am a resident of Playa del Carmen and myself run a one-woman-rescue-show, but Lisa has helped me find homes, I have been with her at the free spay and neuter clinics where LDF helps big time with supplies and her expertise. She has organised transport between Playa and Tulum and more often across the borders. She built up a great network of friends and supporters in the US and elsewhere as our grassroot movement here in Mexico needs as much support as we can get. Help Tulum Dogs is her newest effort to reduce the suffering of street animals and I cannot say loud enough how much of a difference they make. THANK YOU for being the change. Picture is FRESA with Nina - now Mika
I have known and supported Lisa for years. She works tirelessly to save dogs from all sorts of dire situations. The never gives up and does everything she can to help them. I have 3 'fur grandkids' that were rescued by her organization, and we love them to bits!
Lisa, Cathy and all the angels at the Lost Dog Foundation are wonderful. We adopted two Mexipup half sisters from them over the past year. This foundation saved them from a life of horrible conditions on the streets of Tulum. They have saved thousands of pups from death.
I love all of these people and this is one of the best charitable organizations ever!

I have been following Lisa & LDF for many years now & truly admire the care, patience & energy of this amazing organization. I have had the pleasure of fostering some of the dogs that LDF has saved, each one more than worthy of the second chance they were given for a happy family story! Big hearts and commitment to doing something have saved many lives!
We have been following this rescue group for awhile, upon hearing about from a friend on Facebook. We adopted an amazing dog to keep our other 2 rescues busy! He has brought so much joy and love to our house. I love this rescue so much I added them on my Personal website. I give a Donation to them when I sell a painting. Any extra money we have we want it to go there. We need to help.

I've followed this organization for 3 years now and I am so admired by this organization's commitment and dedication to all the puppies they come across. I have donated items and escorted some puppies back to Canada ❤
I have supported LDF for the past two years because I've seen first hand the dedication, caring and passion they bring to improving the lives of animals both in Richmond and Mexico. They're simply amazing people who deserve support and recognition for all that they do.
Lost Dog Foundation provides a service that is severely lacking in many areas. It is giving animals a second chance in life! A chance that they normally wouldn't have! It is a rare thing to find a non-profit that really does give their all to the cause and Lost Dog Foundation does just that!
Truly caring people making a greatly-needed difference in the lives of dogs in Mexico. You are angels - thank you for all that you do!
I have known Lisa for a number of years. When I moved to Mexico 16 years ago, a lifetime dog lover, I knew I would have to put in some effort to help the starving dogs of Bacalar. In doing that I gave myself one of the most wonderful gifts of my life (besides the dogs I have adopted) and that is the friendship of people like Lisa who are incredible in their commitment to find homes for the wonderful dogs who have no chance here. I can not imagine a better organization to support
I simply cannot say enough great things about LDF. They work tirelessly to improve the lives of animals in need. Without them I know there would be countless animals that would suffer a terrible fate. I am honoured to be a monthly supporter of this amazing and trusted organization and encourage people to do the same.
We had been looking for a dog for our family for months. Our son has special needs and we have two senior kitties who do not suffer foolish dogs lightly, so it was tricky to find the right fit. I'd never thought our girl would come to us from Tulum!
This rescue was incredible. We exchanged messages for weeks. They made sure they understood exactly what we needed in our next family member. She was healthy and completely up to date with all of her vaccines. Whenever we had questions, we had no trouble getting more info from them- even if the answer was they didn't know the answer. All rescues should be so up front, thorough, and responsive!
The best part of the whole process was when Adela came in our house that first day and curled up with us as though she'd always been there. She's even won our crabby cats over!
Lost Dog Foundation also goes to great lengths to support the dog owners in Tulum. Their work to help people provide care for their beloved pets is admirable and inspiring. We gladly donate to this organization to ensure they can continue the wonderful work they do for our furry friends and the humans who love them.
With a tag on Facebook to rescue a poor, sad, lonely, abused bassett, we were introduced to Lost Dog Foundation! THANK YOU, THANK YOU LDF! Peemo is the happiest dog and one of the most delightful and affectionate dogs! LDF was efficient, very helpful and most professional. Again, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, LDF!!!
The world needs more remarkable caring women like Lisa! With her work with Lost Dog Foundation she gives a second chance and hope to these innocent dogs whose lives would otherwise have a undesirable outcome. Thank you Lisa and Lost Dog Foundation for making that difference in each and every dog's life that you have touched. ❤️
I thank god everyday that organizations like Lost Dog Foundation and people like Lisa exist! I see every day through social media the passion & tireless work that this organization does for these dogs. If my dog Maya could talk, I know she would thank Lisa and Ricardo too! Without them, she wouldn't be here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do. (-:
They are always doing a true, honest and heartfelt work for all abandoned putties no matter the country.
I am personally thankful for all the help that hey have done in Mexico ❤️❤️❤️
I have known Lisa and the work she has been doing thru Lost Dog for a number of years now and I have never met any one person as dedicated and passionate about bettering an animal's life and surroundings as she has. I have spent he changes she has created based off of her hard work and persistent want for change. LDF deserves way more credit than received, the team of people working together, you couldn't ask for a better team, and the countless fur lives that have survived and now live in luxury is priceless. kudos!
I have known Lisa for a few years now and have witnessed first hand at the amazing work and dedication she puts into each and every life she has saved. She takes passion to a whole new meaning when it comes to making a difference in every animals' life that she crosses. She is an incredible human being and Lost Dogs is making such a huge positive impact on the stray population and the educating of people. This is one organization that you have no doubt on where your money is going. Keep up the amazing work LDF!!!
Working with local Mexican Rescues, Spay and Neuter programs for years now, I have had the pleasure of getting to know the folks at the Lost Dog Foundation, I find their organization very easy to work with, there is transparency and trace-ability in all the activities we have done together.. Additionally, they are great people and I have come to depend on their expertise and help on occasion... Keep up the great work. New Leash.. Progreso Mexico.. Amy Budd
Wonderful organization. Lisa organized all the logistics for me to bring up two rescue dogs from Tierra de Animales at two separate times. Really great to work with, super consciencious, and her tireless work is inspiring.
As I have been going to Mexico for the last 26 years I was thrilled when I heard about LDF!
It has always broken my heart when I would see the condition of many of the animals when I visited. I began carrying food with me on outings because I knew somewhere, I would encounter an animal in need.
This organization does so much good! They save lives, they educate, they help families in need who love their animal but perhaps don't have enough money for good food or a dog house.
I have seen the horrific shape of some of the rescues they have taken in, and lovingly nursed these animals and brought them back to life! They know ALL life is sacred, and they value everyone!
I wish I could do more to help! It restores my faith in people knowing there are folks like this making a difference and lending a hand to those in need!
I am so proud to call Lisa and Cathy my friends, the things they have accomplished so far are nothing short of amazing and truly heartwarming.
They are not only helping animals but also people along the way.
Their organization truly wonderful!
The changes in quality of life, to even still be alive, that Lost Dog Foundation, Lisa & her support crew have given to so many is simply awe inspiring. They give me faith in humanity on a daily basis...dozens of times on some days. The group is so deserving of any assistance they can get.
People like Lisa and Cathy(and all the other volunteers of Help Tulum Dogs) make a bigg dfference in the world , For sure for the dogs , but allso for people who sometimes don't have the money or the knowledge to help their own animals or the animals they find on their journey. I have seen (in little time) lots of changes in Tulum and loads of happy pups that for sure would have had a horrible short life on the street... Thanks ladies ! Keep up the good work !!
I have been following & supporting Lisa and her rescue organizations for 2.5 years. Lisa (with the help of Ricardo at TDA) rescued my Mexican mutt from the streets of Cancun approximately 6 years ago. From what I see daily on my social media feeds, Lisa tirelessly works to give these Mexican dogs a better life; I find her posts extremely inspiring and educational. She NEVER ever stops working for these animals and I for one am so thankful that people like her exist. If ever someone's deserved some funding, it is this woman!!
I learned about Lost Dog Foundation via Facebook and through a friend who does a lot for the Cozumel Humane Society. I started following their Facebook page and was amazed at what they do for the dogs and cats in the Yucatan. There are so many stray, abandoned and abused pups and kitties and Lisa gives 1000 percent to assist them and find them homes. I donated last year and will again this year.
This organization is amazing! Not only do they rescue and 're home animals in need but they educate the community about proper spay, neuter and animal care. I adopted my dog from Tulum with the help of Lisa and her crew and it was the best thing I ever did. Thank you LDF and HTD for doing what you do.
I have been following and supporting this organization for quite a long time .I see daily posts of all the good work they are doing .It really is an incredible foundation ,and they all work relentlessly, 24/7 to help all unfortunate & abused animals . While covering numerous countries , not just their own ,and really having an impact on making life so much better for THOUSANDS of animals .I really hope people ,or organizations would please support ,or continue to support this very, needed ,network of people .The financial cost is huge ,and they need all the help they can get . 5 Star organization ,just the best .I just wish all the animals they have saved you write a review , there would not be enough Stars on your board
Lisa and all the other volunteers do an incredible job saving so many dogs lives. Keep up the great work!
I have been helping as a foster for over one year now, volunteered at several sterilisation/vaccination clinics/drives and assisted with general food runs and walking dogs. Whether taking in puppies until they are old enough to travel to their furever homes or nursing sick dogs back to health, Cathy, who runs the charity here in Tulum, is always there to help, including everything from bringing by food/medicine for the dogs or taking them to the vet/airport. I have also met Lisa on several occasions and found her super friendly and that she would go out of her way to help an animal in need. Even though it can be hard work and sad at times, these people make a huge difference to so many lives and I can only hope that more people will join this incredible team. Hats off!!!
This picture is of my very first foster dog Sky, who after one year of treating her for Ehrlichia, Heart Worms and overcoming near starvation, will soon go to her furever home!
I volunteered at a Spay and Neuter clinic in Tulum, Mex that was put on by Help Tulum Dogs/Lost Dog Foundation in Sept, 2015. It was very well organized. It was an amazing experience to be able to volunteer at the clinic and I hope to be able to help again
Lost Dog Foundation has tremendously helped my small rescue shelter near Cancun on the Riviera Maya. Puppies receive vaccinations and other medications because of their support as well as spay/neuter procedures here and in the community at large, for both puppies and adult cats and dogs. These life improvement measures would be diminished without the support of LDF.
Lisa Edwards and her volunteers with Lost Dog Foundation have done tremendous, almost unsurmountable work with dogs in need. Lost Dog Foundation will not give up on the most difficult dogs to rescue - difficult due to their locations, conditions, circumstances. LDF will use every resource to rescue, rehabilitate, and find permanent homes for homeless, abandoned, abused, sick and needy dogs. I cannot say enough about the commitment, profound concern, and total professionalism of Lisa and her crew. They are simply the best. In addition to doing LDF's own rescue work, LDF makes itself available as a resource, helping and advising others in the rescue world in any way it can. This nonprofit needs all the support it can get, because it is simply, the best.
Hello, Lost Dog Foundation and Lisa Edwards amaze me daily. The Foundation has helped so many dogs out of complete misery on to a happy, healthy life. I am proud to say that I have helped escort a few of these dogs back to Vancouver, BC to meet up with their forever humans and the experience is super and fulfilling. Lisa works tirelessly day in and day out, night in and night out, to help dogs (and sometimes cats) get to a better life. Her stamina, resilience and caring is second to none that I have seen. If ever there was a Foundation in need and deserving of receiving a grant, it's Lost Dog Foundation. Keep up the amazing work Lisa.
I have known Lisa for about 4 years through her tireless work on behalf of animals. She is passionate and finds ways to get things done, like rescuing sick and starving dogs, organizing spay/neuter clinics in the most needy areas, and finding homes internationally for animals with no hope in Mexico. As a donor and supporter, I am thankful for the work that Lost Dog Foundation does.
Lisa is incredible in her tireless work finding forever homes for the street dogs of Mexico. I can't recommend her and her charity enough.
Lost dog foundation has done so much for the dogs and puppies that live in communities and their families. Everyday, there are more dogs needing help, and LDF is there to help the families at love the dogs, provide vet care, food, shelter, etc; or help by bringing them into foster homes and rescue if needed. The community outreach is beyond expectation, and LDF are leaders in the rescue world in this area. The spay and neuter clinics are also offered to the community at no charge. Amazing work.
I've been volunteering with this foundation for the last 2 years, in Tulum, Mexico, and it's been amazing the change this has brought into town, and into my life, particularly! I'm a foster home most of the times, and have participated in the sterilization clinics...........THESE GUYS ARE HEROES TO A LOT OF DOGS AND PEOPLE! thanks for letting me in, and make my world, and many dog's world BRIGHTER!
Working with Lost Dog has been so easy.. they are so connected, caring and diligent. I live in Progreso, Yucatan.. I rescue puppies,, they just seem to show up at my door. They have helped me with many aspects of the tasks associated to rescuing an animal. Be it sharing information looking for a furever home, helping arrange an escort to other countries, Some of the rescues have called for additional help. I had recently had to rehome a rescue, the post brought in a wonderful candidate in a nearby city in Canada. Puppy and new owner are very happy. However, I had a difficult rescue, with a tough owner, It was for a Great Dane puppy in deplorable conditions with hopes of just breeding her. Lost dog Foundation worked with us to secure the dog. She is now healthy, Fix and living a great live with another Great Dane for a brother.. All I can say is Thank you Lost Dog Foundation. For everything that you do for us.... Amy Budd
My mom was looking to adopt a dog after losing hers. Through Facebook I got connected and saw a puppy that was looking to be adopted. (Max) I inquired right away and was so impressed that Max I was taken such great care of. All of his shots were up to date, he had been cared for and shown love, rashes/scabs were healed and he looked like a happy puppy not one abandoned.
We were provided with his documentation when we picked him up at the airport and could tell he had been taken care of. Any adopted dog could have behavioural issues, however he was shown love and was treated so well that he was just a puppy happy to have found a forever home. We are so appreciate of all the care that goes into taking care of each dog (and any other animal) and understand there is a cost with providing proper health care so they can recover fully.
I highly recommend Lost Dog Foundation, I continue to reccomed to anyone I know looking to adopt and will continue to donate as I can.
I have a place in Tulum Mexico and had rescued a few dogs on my own but when I found a litter of 9 puppies left in the jungle to die I had to reach out for help. Cathy was my angel and top supporter throughout the time that I had the puppies. She helped me find foster homes, helped me with transporting puppies to the airport and vet visits and so many other things in order to save these babies and get them to happy forever homes. The network of people to save all these dogs is truly incredible. Since then Cathy and Lisa have been such motivators ... seeing what they do every day on the front lines makes me so proud to call them friends. It's a really hard job to rescue dying animals that sometimes don't make it. To do this day after day after day, takes a truly special and wonderful person. Way to go Lost Dog Foundation ... you make a difference every day!!!! THANK YOU!!!! Muchas gracias! Keep up the amazing work!!!!!!!! The animals need you.
Lisa supports many organizations and individuals in the rescue "front lines" here on the Yucatan peninsula. Our organization in Tulum "Help Tulum Dogs" is a grassroots group of people who count on LDF to support our ongoing efforts. As Tulum is Lisa's "second home" she is the driving force behind all that we do here. After about 1.5 years of formally working with Lisa, we have been able to provide countless animals with better lives. We are able to do community outreach, veterinary care, vaccines, sterilizations, thoughtful and full service adoptions, clinics, transport, foster care... the list is endless. Lisa is always there - both figuratively and literally - to support us. The need is even greater than imaginable because of the poverty, over-population and contagious deadly diseases (distemper and parvo are rampant) that work against us every day. Supporting LDF saves lives and ends suffering, and that's what we are all about.
I have followed the work of Lost Dog Foundation for some time now and am extremely impressed with the dedication and ingenuity used to rescue Mexican street dogs. Lisa is an amazing person with a huge heart. She dedicates her life to finding homes for the saddest, most miserable dogs in the world. I have donated money to her and have never been disappointed in any of her endeavors. If I didn't already have 4 Mexican street dogs, I would adope from her.
Lisa and Lost Dog Foundation helped me save a street dog in Izamal Mexico by helping me get him into care at Tierra des Animales and then 8 months later assisting me to bring him home to Canada. Lazaro found a loving home in Toronto where his new mom and dad are making sure he never goes without again! I am forever grateful for the help in saving this one special dog and have since helped to bring to Canada 4 more rescue dogs. I support LDF spay and neuter clinics through donations... It is one way to stop the cycle! Lisa is a one woman rescue tour de force.
The social media network of the Lost Dog Foundation is very impressive. When the need arises their network works together to solve the problem.
My husband and I adopted a dog via Lost Dog Foundation and Shelby has literally saved my life. When LDF found Shelby she was in really bad shape and the rescue never gave up on her. I live in chronic pain and everyday Shelby brings me unconditional love and a renewed purpose. Many thanks to all the unsung hero's for all the work the do that changes lives in countless ways. God bless them all.
As a dog foster in MN, I have had the opportunity to foster a few of the dogs that were saved by Lost Dog Foundation. LDF's tireless commitment to health care, rescue, spay/ neuter programsprograms, education, advocacy and outreach is amazing. It is astonishing the impact that this organization has on the animal community that is often mistreated, abandoned and forgotten.
I am so impressed with the non-stop devotion this foundation has for saving and bettering the lives of those animals that are truly suffering. They have a network of dedicated volunteers that are changing the situation for so many animals. By offering needed funds for veterinary treatment, sponsoring spay/neuter clinics, working with other local groups and educating people about proper treatments and care of pets they are really making a difference..one animal at a time.
We were extremely lucky to have worked with Lost Dog Foundation. We got word of a basset hound that needed rescuing. We love bassets, so took the plunge! With this foundations help, we were able to get our Peemo (Roscoe) flown up to Canada for us to enjoy. They could not have been more caring and helpful. Peemo is the most thankful and delightful dog we have ever owned. Thank you Lost Dog Foundation for all you do for the animals that need rescuing!!! And thanks again, for our beautiful basset!
lost Dog Foundation is a hardworking " one woman" foundation providing support and services to the many animals it rescues. Whether the need is here in Central Virginia or Mexico, Lisa works diligently to provide "furever" homes for animals in need. Just the coordination of flying/transporting dogs in Mexico to their new homes throughout the US and Canada is astonishing. The impact LDF has made in the lives of hundreds of animals is amazing. Lisa and her network of friends and financial supporters work very hard to provide spay/neuter clinics, shelter, immunizations and education to some of the poorest areas of Mexico. In Richmond, LDF works on TNR for feral cats, provides medications, vet/spay/neuter services, fencing, collars, leashes, and shelter for animals in need. Donations, even small ones, provide Lisa the funds she needs to change the world for these animals
I adopted a dog a little over a year ago. Much time and thought was going into adopting me such a precious girl. Lisa is now what I consider a friend as well. It is truly amazing what this organization does for the street dogs of Mexico. keep up the good work!
