I was called an ambulance which came with two of the most inconsiderate and rude ambo people , both white, one short and fat, the other a bit taller but younger. They were absolutely not concerned with how I was more so the state I was in. Which I have never had a problem telling people what I do or have done but they treated me as if I was a heroin addict and a child. Never offering support just tossing and pulling me around and yelling at me, never asking am I okay and when I tried to get off the phone they rudely interrupted my conversation with the only other person who could come help me when i leave. They need to be replace and newly trained because not everyone is going to let them be rude and ungentle with them as I did.

They misdiagnosed me coded blued me multiple times and had me in critical care as a result of there negligence. I was also swung at by a CNA and nothing was done she was at work the next day. Dangerous hospital dangerous staff! Unless you want to partake in a drug trial then they will give everyone and anyone a dose of the trial vaccine we know nothing about!

To say that I was very disappointed with Loretto Hospital is an understatement! I was transferred into their Behavioral Health Unit. During my 5 day stay I was never seen by a doctor. I needed my medications but was only offered something to make me sleep. Conditions inside Loretto are very poor! I eventually tried to escape that place by climbing out of a third floor window. I fell and broke my back requiring 6 screws in my spine. The windows should have been secured on a Behavioral Health Unit. I'm hoping that Loretto Hospital will be shut down to prevent further injuries or even death.

Loretto Hospital is corrupt and has poor management from CEO on down to administration. In addition, they have a very bad, reputation. Also, they don’t have SOP’s on the units, and their policies are out dated. In other words, when it comes to disciplinary measures they make-up their own guidelines while trying to fire staff. The people in higher management have absolutely no problem solving skills. This place needs to be shut down. Already, had a stabbing incident in result to poor judgment on behave of the Director of Behavioral health. A nurse did an intake on a psychiatric patient, and makes it very clear, this patient had an extreme violent history, and the director overrides the decision. This same patient stab another patient while on the unit. The patient found the knife, in an office on the unit. However, they told the State Of Illinois that the patient wasn’t properly search upon admission process. It’s easier to blame staff, this way; they can protect their license in order to keep the unit up and running. SAD!!!!!
