Read the photos. Disgusting. This is a response to a volunteer and person that adopted a dog from. They reached out asking for help and this is what they sent in response. The vulgarity. The threats. The statement “I don’t care what you do with your dog” shows who they are. Telling someone to get a lawyer because they’re going to take them down is horrifying. Unnecessary. All of it. Hopefully the community wakes up to this.
I am SO upset with Neil @ Little Red Dog. We had an interview, "our" dog had puppies so we were instructed to wait 24-48 hours and someone would reach out for interview #2. Crickets.... Until we got an email about fostering a dog with a leg issue. Yes I would BUT I have 2 sets of stairs and let them know. NOTHING.... 1 week.... Email for status.
This was the response: "Sienna found her forever family, which is great! We still have many wonderful dogs available for adoption here: https://thelittlereddog.org/dogs-to-adopt"
Thanks,
Sean

REALLY? This is how you work with individuals that want to adopt? Not a problem. I am SOOO happy for Sienna but saddened for all the other dogs that will sit and wait until these people learn how to respond.
SHAMEFUL. Hasta Never.
I had a rewarding experience fostering a dog here. The staff and vet were very friendly and understanding. I would definitely recommend The Little Red Dog for people searching for a dog to adopt or a place to volunteer
The Little Red Dog Rescue is a top notch rescue! Their ability to save, rehab and properly place is incredible! I highly recommend this rescue to anyone looking to adopt their next family member.
I have been volunteering and fostering for The Little Red Dog for 3 years now. You will never find a more compassionate caring group of people. They go beyond just adopting a dog out they are there for you if you need help with training or any issues you might have with your dog! Best dog rescue out there in my opinion!
After graduating college and starting a career, I was eager to find a fury companion to start the new chapter of my life with. I was finding the adoption process of many other rescue organizations and my weekly animal rescue searches to be a very frustrating experience, until I stumbled upon the Little Red Dog Rescue Group. My mom had currently adopted from them and directed me to their webpage. After filling out a application, and receiving a prompt and informative call from the group, I met my soon to be little miniature schnauzer that very next day. Within two days I brought my new healthy puppy, McNally, home . To this day I am so thankful and appreciative of this organization and all that they do. Just two months ago I was looking for a pet, and because of the Little Dog Rescue Group, I found and adopted my little, cuddly best friend, McNally.
This rescue is one of the most amazing that I have ever seen. They are so dedicated, passionate and professional. They genuinely care about the dogs and people and provide the appropriate information to help the new adopters be successful pet parents. I highly recommend them.
I have been volunteering, fostering and donating to The Little Red Dog for almost 4 years now....since they started saving lives pretty much! This group far exceeds anything that others do out there to save innocent lives. We all love our pets as family, and so do they! I love helping this organization as much as I can....and you can too! Donate today to save another life! The Little Red Dog goes far our of their way to help so many, can you?
The Little Red Dog started four years ago with family and a dream. They now have saved over 700 dogs and many pregnant and nursing moms with litters. They have great volunteers, fosters and do so much for the community. Check them out and foster, volunteer or donate!

Nobody works harder then TLRD. No only do they ensure that the dogs are placed with the proper family they help with training and dog behavior.
They are the most dedicated group of volunteers that truly are passionate about what they do. They have saved so many dog lives and are fabulous about educating the public. The Little Red Dog goes above and beyond to place dogs that would otherwise be euthanized or abandoned. We are so thankful for all they do and will continue to follow them and support them in any way we can.
