Where do I start? The director of nursing (Joe) is a bully, a dictator, a liar and a chronic racist. He is a total wrong being to be a head of nursing department even any department of the facility. So impatience, puts the blame he suppose to take responsibility on you just to make you be the quilty one. Talks and response disrespectfully. It was an ugly experience coming across him
