I have worked in the affordable housing industry for 18 years and for Linc for ten of them. I truly believe this organization puts its core values front and center in how it operates its mission. From my experience, the staff at Linc have always strived to create well operated affordable housing that is an asset to the communities it serves and empowers its residents to achieve their own personal goals and dreams.
I first met with Linc Housing at a introduction gathering they had when buying PLEASANT VIEW APT IN FRESNO CA 2014 VERY NICE PEOPLE thier message was made clear ur PROMBLEM ARE OURS WITH OTHER PROMIISES;.....hiring APERTO PROPERTY MANGEMENT to oversee Peasant View someone HUGE MISTAKE Someone FORGOT to give them the memo YOUR PROMBLEM R OURS ,After 11 YEARS of being a good tentant these EVIL MALICE people did beyond EXTREME to find reason to evict me RETALATION for having called CODE ENFORCEMENT i would of had to if they would of been doing thier Job instead of acting like and treating people as thier words LOW LIFE PEOPLE living off GOVERMENT Numurous attemps CALLING EMAILING Linc Housing to inform of thier behavior with NO REPLY lead me to file hud fair housing Complaint. Because they LET these EVIL ones do and used thier company on court fraudlaunt papers I NOW 67 LIVING IN MY CAR Wow ALL BECAUSE U Let THEM
