Programs: Care connect helps ensure successful adoptive and foster care placements and promotes positive behavioral and emotional outcomes for children and families. Our services include individual counseling, family counseling and support groups. Empower okc expands lilyfield's focus to allow us to interact with families before the need arises for the involvement of child welfare. This program includes parenting classes, education support for children, mentor families, counseling, case management, resource referral, tutoring and much more.

independent living program - the gateway independent living program serves women who have aged out of the oklahoma foster care system. The program has three focus areas: housing, education support, and mentoring. Our goal is to empower young women who have aged out of the foster care system to complete their higher education and begin a path to self-sufficiency. The gateway independent living program provides services that allow all residents the stability and support necessary to successfully complete their education.

foster care program - to recruit and maintain long-term, stable foster homes for infants and young children in the custody of the state of oklahoma due to child abuse or neglect. To provide extensive supportive and training services for foster parents and help facilitate the permanency plan created by the state for each individual child.

adoption program - to provide comprehensive adoption services to women in unplanned pregnancies making an adoption plan and married couples wishing to adopt. To provide support services such as home studies and post placement supervision for international adoptions and domestic adoptions completed through adoption agencies outside of the state of oklahoma. To provide other supportive adoption services as needed such as continued birth mother support, adoptive family support and search and reunion services.
