Mission: Lighthouse social service centers is dedicated to enhancing lives and meeting the diverse needs of individuals, families and communities. Through the utilization of comprehensive intergrated social service systems, lighthouse social service centers supports clients in breaking the cycles of addiction and homelessness, works to keep families together, and strives to build strong healthy communities.
Programs: Family stabilization program (fsp) rapid re-housing (rrh) services throughout san bernardino county and riverside county. The family stabilization rapid re-housing program provides assistance to transitional assistance department (tad) and calworks welfare-to-work clients in locating and securing permanent housing as quickly as possible. Services include bridge housing (temporary short term housing); housing search and housing placement activities; financial and rental assistance, housing stability case management, mediation services; and referrals to legal services and credit repairs. The program provided services to 992 participants.

Services include: permanent, stable housing, on-going case management services, supportive services, basic needs assistance, linkage to the loma linda va medical center, education, vocational and family services. He program provided services to 47 participants.
