DO NOT GO HERE unless you have no choice. At this point I would rather have literally gone this last year without therapy, and been better off. I have a lot of experience with therapists and this has been my worst by far. Currently this location has NO therapists to see patients. From what I've been told all clients have been assigned to "skills trainers" in lieu of actual therapy while they scramble to rehire. Go to their website and look at how long their job listings page is! I have had two therapists quit within a year, and the third therapist I was going to be transferred to is also leaving. They do not pay their employees adequately and actively exploit the ones who care enough to stay. Even with a therapist, I was only seen ONCE A MONTH! I have filed complaints, tried looking elsewhere, etc. but as long as they continue billing my insurance for "therapy" (which is actually skills training by a non-certified counselor), I am unable to get services elsewhere. Absolute nightmare money-farm profiting off people's suffering.
