Mission: Lifework leadership is committed to transforming local business leaders by clarifying their calling, challenging their minds and engaging their hearts for service through christian leadership, development, education, and spiritual guidance.
Programs: The organization helps transform the minds and hearts of local business leaders through (1) affiliating with like-minded local 501(c)(3) organizations to promote christian leadership development programs within their communities, (2) providing the framework and support necessary to affiliates so that they may organize and conduct local training programs from a christian worldview, (3) developing leadership materials and curriculum with a christian worldviews for use by the organization's affiliates, (4) providing a national community for alumni to network and to participate in organization-sponsored activities, and (5) providing spiritual guidance to business, nonprofit and community leaders.
