Mission: It is the mission of Life Force Green Energy Homes, Inc. to alleviate the climate crisis and promote sustainable living by reducing utility costs and conserving natural resources. Our organization has decades of construction experience from booking new homes to renovating approximately 30 apartment complexes in the Dallas Fort Worth area. We are seeking a grant to help fund our efforts to provide a cost-efficient facility for residents that will gain an opportunity to self-sustain in a state-of-the-art super energy bundling powered by solar technology, rainwater harvesting, reclamation systems, radiant flooring, drought-resistant grass with sub-terrain drip irrigation systems and so much more. Our housing facilities will provide low water usage through landscaping while addressing noise abatement issues that are directly affected by the extensions of two runways by Alliance Airport. Our organization will work to provide education and resources to homeowners to help them adopt sustainable practices and reduce their carbon footprint. By offering these services, the organization aims to reduce energy consumption and conserve natural resources, thereby contributing to a healthier planet. We will accomplish this by working as volunteers and collaborating with counselors, businesses, community organizations, and other non-profit organizations to build healthy relationships and obtain the resources needed to succeed. We desire to identify market-based growth opportunities for ultra-energy-efficient homes and the implementation of rainwater harvesting systems through our research, education, policy development, and programs that will lead to a paradigm shift in the approach of creating opportunities for sustainability for future generations. We aim to change and recreate global philanthropic outreach. We endeavor to have a positive impact on developing educational resources and job preparedness by reaching out to local universities and vocational schools. Offering senior students the opportunity to learn a skill through an internship. Furthermore, giving film school students the exciting role to film the entire process and make it a documentary. Our enhanced organizational structure is expanding and we are looking to provide more critical programming and services so that we can play a pivotal role in enabling the adoption of ultra-energy-efficient homes and rainwater harvesting systems to have a significant impact in providing low water usage through landscaping while addressing noise abatement issues while ensuring a healthier planet for future generations.
