my favorite activity was to obtain and appear in the play MASH to honor vetrans of the Korean War. Also it was a priviledge to help organize and help teach a class on the Korean War at Lake Michigan College

I first became aware of Lest We Forget when I read of the WWII Beach Invasion Reenactment planned on Lake Michigan. The weekend was fantastic: WWII watercraft and planes, flamethrower, 100+ reenactors, pyrotechnics preformed before an audience of approximately 8000 people. Since then I have joined, attended several reenactments, Veterans Day Concerts and parades featuring LWF.

My wife and I have volunteered with this organization for several years. We enjoy working with this group and helping our community understand what our veterans have been thru. This is a great organization and a great group of people.

Lest We Forget has been instrumental in educating our community about life as a veteran. Our experiences when we were active duty personnel, the hardships encountered for us and our families. They are a great asset to our community.
