Programs: * The National Judicial Education Program to educate judges and court system personnel about gender bias and the realities of sexual assault and domestic violence. * The Rights Now! Peer Educator Empowerment Program to empower girls and young women in New York City through workshops on healthy relationships and legal rights * The Helpline provides advice and referrals for women who have been subjected to workplace discrimination, sexual assault at school, or have other legal needs * Legislative and policy advocacy to improve laws that protect women and girls against violence and bias and strengthen their legal rights * Targeted litigation on behalf of women women who have been subjected to discrimination or violence
