I began coming to legacy at the very beginning of my pregnancy, and it was one of the best decisions I made! They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable through the first trimester to after birth.
Witness year after year the care of not just the baby, but support for the mother and father well into the 2nd & 3rd year with emotional, practical, educational, and spiritual support.
Legacy has been such an amazing resource and support system for my family. I have found lifelong friends and community here, which I’m so thankful for. I would encourage anyone facing an unexpected pregnancy to stop in at Legacy, you won’t regret it.

I found out I was unexpectedly pregnant from an abusive relationship in the December of my senior year of high school. One of the first places I turned to was Legacy. The moment I walked in I felt peace and understanding. I got to experience two ultrasounds at Legacy in my 6th week of pregnancy which was incredible. I couldn’t believe that the tiny speck I was looking at was my baby. Throughout my pregnancy I found joy and community in the mommy groups and community at Legacy. It was a place I didn’t have to hide my pregnancy like I did everywhere else. My daughter is now one month old and looking back I have a new appreciation for the people at Legacy Pregnancy Center, they were always there for me which is exactly the support every girl facing unexpected pregnancy needs.
I cannot say enough about the appreciation and admiration I have for Sheridan’s Legacy Pregnancy Center! I’ve watched it grow from a few women devoted to saving babies from abortion, to a large group of individuals, medical professionals, churches and numerous local businesses, all with a common goal of serving women in the most difficult life circumstances. The broad range of services they offer are truly meant to help these women and their families get their lives on the track to stability. The staff is knowledgeable and deeply compassionate. God has given these people the talents and desire to accomplish their commitment.

I’ve watched Legacy Pregnancy Center in Sheridan, Wyoming grow from its inception. The loving concern they show women in a crisis pregnancy is nothing short of awe inspiring. Legacy walks along side the women and their partners, offering medical ultrasounds, spiritual counseling, baby and mom products, assistance in furthering education, adoption, parenting classes and just being available to help women through the crisis they experience. Legacy Pregnancy Center staff is professional while showing absolutely no judgement, just pure empathy and love. They partner with the church and medical communities. Their annual gala/fundraiser is underwritten by community individuals, businesses and churches. Every year I’m amazed how God blesses them financially. This organization deserves every positive recognition as a truly great nonprofit.
My husband and I came to Legacy for an ultrasound and saw our daughter’s heartbeat for the first time. It was a great experience; very friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable. It’s wonderful to have them in our community. I’d recommend to anyone, especially those who need some love and support with pregnancy.

From the humble beginning 16 years ago as only an idea to serve a need, Legacy Pregnancy Center in Sheridan Wyoming has been an invaluable resource for not only Sheridan, but the county, state and region. Legacy focuses on serving not only the mother and child but the father and extended family as they are willing. The educational outreaches extend to High School Health classes so young people can learn and see firsthand there are real options and support available. The outreaches at Sheridan College support not only pregnant students but mothers continuing their education after an unplanned pregnancy. The unconditional love and support are felt by all, and the ripples continue to positively extend outward.
No matter the year, over 14 years the staff serving at Legacy have been compassionate and care deeply about our community. Proud to be part of this organization!

Legacy has been a wonderful resource throughout my pregnancy! From the very beginning they were supportive! I was able to receive my first ultrasound with them. The videos that they have are informative and the fact that you are able to earn free baby gear is a huge plus. The staff has been very welcoming and kind and are always available to answer my questions.

The way they meet women and men where they are at in a crisis situation with grace, humility, and love is so sweet and inspiring. The facility is very homey and welcoming, and the staff is amazing! The heart of Legacy Pregnancy Center is so genuine, pure, generous - an inspiration to so many and a help to families in Sheridan County and surrounding areas! They not only accept women in crisis situations, they follow them and walk alongside them through whatever they're going through, and afterwards as well. The staff at Legacy takes great care in all that they do!
I have a friend who was considering dropping out of school when she got pregnant. We talked a lot and she ended up going to Legacy. Not only did she keep her baby, she finished school and went on to become VERY successful in her career. Without Legacy, I can almost guarantee she would not be where she is today. I have attended most of the fund-raising banquets, and the employees, food, speakers, etc., have been superb. This organization is such an asset to this community as a life line to expectant mothers.
We have sponsored several days a year at Legacy Pregnancy Center for the last several years. We honor the birthday of our adopted daughter and the birthdays of her two children. Our daughter is a single mom. Legacy Pregnancy Center keeps us updated throughout the year on the services they have provided for their clients (who are unnamed) and the celebration of the births that result from their service. The employees are dedicated to helping women with unexpected pregnancy with compassion and Christian love. They do wonderful work!
I think that Legacy Pregnancy Center offers a valuable service to women and men in our community. They provide a safe and comfortable environment at a time when their clients are often very frightened and uncertain as to their future. The staff gives a Christian message of support and help to all who come to them. They offer such great programs for the mother's to be and assist them is becoming partners in earning much needed supplies for their new babies. I would say this nonprofit certainly should be recognized for their consistent and positive assistance in our community.
My husband and I consider LEGACY PREGNANCY CENTER of Sheridan, Wyoming, to have been birthed and grown to maturity as a high calling from the Creator, the one true God of the universe, of all living beings. He inspired my husband and me to become donors and intercessors many years ago for this life-saving, life-honoring, ministry. We have been eternally blessed to be a small part of this ministry that have saved the lives of hundreds of unborn babies and have blessed the mothers and fathers who have chosen life for their babies. The dedicated, Spirit-filled, Spirit-led staff members are an example to all of us who serve in volunteer capacities.
Over the last several years, I have been involved with Legacy through a variety of their programs and continue to stand behind and appreciate what they provide to our community. Beyond their services, they love people through grace and hope in uncertain circumstances.
While not all of us experience situations involving unplanned pregnancies, we are all called to love and serve our neighbors. Through supporting Legacy and their ministries, we have the opportunity to be Christ’s hands and feet in the community, reaching men and women who might otherwise feel as if they are facing the reality of pregnancy alone.
Legacy is wonderful! Providing free ultrasounds, baby clothes and items, counseling, and love to people at their most vulnerable time. Very worthwhile cause!

It’s been exciting to watch Legacy thrive in coming alongside mothers facing unexpected pregnancies and providing them with an abundance of compassion and care.
