Causes: Adult Education, Education, Job Training, Literacy, Remedial Reading & Encouragement
Mission: Learn to Read's mission is to increase literacy awareness and improve adult literacy in Jacksonville through a volunteer based reading program. Learn to Read provides economically and educationally disadvantaged adults literacy instruction to reach their full potential by creating pathways to post-secondary education, job training, employment, and improved quality of life.

Geographic areas served: Duval County, Jacksonville, FL
Programs: Learn to Read offers computer lab, small group reading and math classes, and individual tutoring to adults who read below the 9th grade level.
