Mission: The league of women voters is a nonpartisan political organization encouraging informed and active participation in government. It influences public policy through education and advocacy. We never support or oppose any political party or candidate.
Programs: The lwvca provides government, voting, and election information online at www. Lwvcincinnati. Org and vote411. Org. Lwvca members attend naturalization ceremonies and register new voters. Lwvca volunteers visit classrooms, do radio and television appearances for voter education, provide speakers about ballot issues, staff a phone hotline, and provide forums for candidates and ballot issues or issues of community interest.
