Programs: Adult programming:1. Leadership lincoln program - a one year leadership development program for participants selected for the two day retreat and one day seminars. 2. Lincoln executive series program - a leadership program for new executives and their spouses. 3. Alimni program - organized activities to provide information and social opportunities. 4. Actively place graduates in community to serve non-profit agencies and organizations. 5. Training for non-for-profits6. Educational seminars.
youth programming:1. Youth leadership lincoln program - a one year leadership development for high school sophmores with leadership potential. 2. Youth in action center - places youth in decision making roles in community. 3. Youth inspire - youth run charitable foundation.
community outreach:to foster awareness of major issues facing the community by convening, facilitationg and hosting meetings, conferences, community conversations and involvement forums and to provide basic training to citizens to better prepare them for board governance and leadership positions within the community.
