Causes: Family Counseling
Mission: Counseling: leadercare provides counseling to individuals, couples and families in the religious leadership community. Individually tailored leadership intensives nurture transformational change in the heart of the christian leader and renewed intimacy and resiliency within pastoral and missionary families. Spiritual direction: leadercare provides short term pastoral support to christians in their spiritual journey. Through a series of christ centered meetings and deep encouragement, renewed passion and fresh perspectives are cultivated in the life of the disciple seeking direction. Organizational consulting: leadercare provides consultation to staffs, boards, and other church or parachurch groups seeking timely support. Through workshops, conferences and in-services healthy organizational life is challenged. Mentoring and coaching foster ongoing effectiveness.
Programs: 1) provided 1640 hours of leadership consulting and counseling. 2) 92 leaders from around the world were served. 3) 45 clients who were ministered were provided scholarships. 4) 3 organizations were directly served with 1 workshop and 2 training retreats. 5) 45 hours of pro bono spiritual formation consulting were provided. 6) 1 publication was issued.
