This has been one of my favorite orgs to volunteer with! It has been an absolute honor to be a volunteer on this team! Everyone has been a pleasure to work with and is so professional and supportive. Everyone has welcomed me like family! Everyone representing LEAP from Director all the way to the other volunteers I work with, has a real passion to change outdated laws that have caused overcrowding in prisons across the country and separated families. Focusing on drug addiction as a health issue instead of a crime so that we can redirect our focus to violent crimes is absolutely necessary. I support LEAP and plan to volunteer here for as long as I can! Thank you LEAP for helping us fight for our rights and a better future. To all that read this, thank you for your time & have a blessed day.

Drug prohibition doesn't work, just like alcohol prohibition didn't work. Drugs should be treated like alcohol. I propose that the government and the media launch a campaign titled "Drugs Are Dumb", which would portray users as weak substandard people who need drugs to compensate for their weaknesses. Major corporations spend billions on advertising because they know advertising works. It could reduce drug use. May God bless you with wisdom to know what to do, and courage to do it as you fight drug use.
