Mission: The organization's objective is to support underperforming entrepreneurships in upstate ny, by providing programs & services to entrepreneurs that assist business development and growth of start-up companies, with a particular goal of helping(continued on schedule o) high potential companies position themselves to receive professional equity investments from angel, seed-stage, and venture capital investors.
Programs: The regional entrepreneurship action plan implementation program: provide high-growth, high-impact companies the guidance they need to become investable and successful. Launch ny connects entrepreneurs to resources and funding both within upstate ny ecosystem and beyond. Since the beginning of 2012, launch ny has served 742 companies and in 2017, launch ny served 261 clients. By the end of fiscal year 2017, launch ny completed 20 transactions for a total of $600,000.
