The mentorship included bi-weekly coaching calls, monthly webinars, a vision trip to nicaragua, visits in the pastors churches, and concluded with a tour of israel where the pastors were required to present seminars at various biblical sites. Pastor thompson spoke in churches and local bible study groups during the year on behalf of the organization.
