Mission: Lakeside partners of wilmington, inc. Is a north carolina corporation formed in 2010 to develop, build, and operate permanent supportive rental housing for single men and women with a history of chronic homelessness and a disability.
Programs: To develop, build, and operate permanent supportive rental housing community for single men and women with a history of chronic homelessness and a disability. Phase one of the community consists of a congregate living facility with 16 one-bedroom housing units. The second and final phase will provide an additional 24 rental housing units. Phase i was completed during the fiscal year and all 16 units were occupied at 6/30/18.
