Mission: To further the interests of the owners of property subject to the bylaws and restrictions (b&r); maintenance and operation of the common property. To perform all obligations & duties of the association & conform to b&r.
Programs: Program service activities relate to the operation and maintenance of the common areas for the benefit and welfare of the residential community of lake windcrest. Some examples are: grounds/amenities committee - reviews and evaluates parks, trails, and amenities in the community; installed new palyground equipment in edgewater park. This committee also maintains the 3 entrances along state highways and maintains the 26 miles of shoulders for the roadways in the community. Other work involves mowing and caring for the common area property and horse trails in the community.
