My son had a snowboarding accident. The medics on the mountain deemed it an emergency, called 911. Lake Harmony refused to bill our insurance company, instead insisted we pay out of pocket. Not only that, but the reps were nasty and rigid.
After many frustrating hours of trying to work with Lake Harmony, I finally got in touch with our Attorney General's Office. The charge was dismissed. Avoid Lake Harmony at all costs.
