Programs: The Ladder Alliance, based in Fort Worth, Texas, empowers women victims of domestic violence and low–income women with the tools to lead self-reliant, successful and independent lives. They are empowered through learning marketable job skills while simultaneously rebuilding their self-esteem and self-confidence. The Basic Computer Skills Training Program includes: -Keyboarding -Microsoft Word -Microsoft Excel -Microsoft PowerPoint -Email Functionality -Internet usage And is offered 4 Times a week Mon-Thursday from 9-11:30 or 12:30 Night classes available Mon/Wed or Tues/Thur from 6:30-8:30 PM. The Professional Office Skills Training Program is a comprehensive advanced computer skills program designed to prepare students for Administrative level work. The Program includes the following: -Microsoft Office Suite 2016( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Business English ( Written & Verbal Communication) -Customer Service Training ( Tarrant County College) - Professional Development Seminars This program runs twice a year from Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM.
