Joseph's church in lynn, massachusetts, to supporting the children of parishoners prepare for college entry, to seperating from the church and implementing an educational program supporting the children of low income families residing in lynn, massachusetts preparing for college entry through college savings incentives and tutoring.
Programs: La vida scholars is a three-year after-school college preparatory program for low-income, high-achieving students and their parents who live in the city of lynn, massachusetts. Student participants evaluate best college fit, complete financial aid and college applications, and begin to plan their future career. Parent participants meet monthly to learn how to support thier children in the college selection process.
