True Quality! My husband had to go in to La Paz Parker AZ hospital for an out patent procedure. We were both nervous and apprehensive about it all. We were met at the hospital with the Utmost! Friendly efficient-outstanding-attentive-caring compassionate nurses and staff we had ever meet! They went above and beyond their duties so my Husband and myself would feel at ease. They were so gentle and caring with my husband they even got him smiling. As I waited for my husbands return from his procedure I noted-Every one that came in their doors be it patent or family member was treated with the same utmost importance. No one was treated as a stupid or a number or just a chart or a burden or below them . Every one was treated as equals with true respect and genuine care. There is more real genuine humanity there then I have ever seen in any hospital. There was a new staff member that had just started that day, she did not know were anything was and was nervous even she was treated with care and help to feel at ease. Thank you for bing so wonderful to My Husband and me and all that enter your door. Sincerely Mrs Cross.
