Programs: Social security benefits were being managed for a total of 78 clients at the end of 2017. That was a decrease of 2 from the end of 2016, although 85 different clients were serviced at some point during 2017. Clients were met in a one on one basis at least once a month and their bills were paid directly through the payee services during the month. Residual was disbursed to the clients after bills were paid.
