This Non-Profit is my very favorite for Cancer Awareness. The founder is a special lady that seems hand crafted to do this type of work! Her dedication and personal experience with the battle with Cancer makes her organization a candidate for anyone dealing with any of the many draw backs that may come along with the life of a Cancer patient. Her entire staff has made it an absolute pleasure to work along side them doing design, video or photography work. The have both the energy as well as the personality that makes working with this foundation pleasant! Big ideas, great ideology, and a ego less atmosphere makes for a corporation that is expanding and leading the charge in the Raleigh-Durham area as it relates to suiting up and joining the battle to erase this devastating disease.
I A was the DJ for Kimberly’s Touch Sip And Paint event in Raleigh NC. I had a fabulous time and learned allot about her mission and the inspiration behind the organization.
Kimberly’s Touch, is a non-profit that speaks to my heart because it shows support to cancer patients and their needs for peer to peer contact when faced with a diagnosis that no one wants to hear! There’s strength in numbers and for patients with cancer the loneliness can sometimes be to much to bear….. this organization removes the fear of facing this disease alone; it let’s you know that someone is in your corner being your personal cheerleader!! Kimberly’s Touch also provides guidance, and food for those with a need. After working with the founder in a voluntary role I decided to become a member of the KT (Kimberly’s Touch) Family!!
Kimberly's Touch is an amazing organization. The founder is a very special person to be fighting her own cancer battle and still operating the organization. Her dedication to help bring awareness to all cancers is her passion. She is always trying to find ways to get sponsors, donors, more members and needless to say volunteers to help with the next event. She's very compassionate, strong (even when she doesn't feel like it) and caring. She displays all the above on a daily basis working the organization.
Kimberly’s Touch is an amazing opportunity for anyone battling cancer or even for the one’s that have beat it. They help in all aspects of life from helping pay bills, traveling and etc. They put on huge events to celebrate each & show love.
I can't begin to explain how much Kimberlys Touch means to me. The support offered is awesome but the love that's poured into each soul is outstanding! May God bless all of you; continue to do great things.

This organization is caring, supportive and knowledgeable about the many cancers that affect our communities. Most of us only know about a few and there are so many. I hope they continue to serve those in need. Kimberly is amazing and she really cares.

I first met Kimberly, the founder of Kimberly Touch, a few years ago. I was immediately impressed by her dedication and commitment to the patients her organization was trying to serve. As a cancer patient, I knew that everything she was trying to do was of immense importance. Since then, I have volunteered as often as my health allows to keep her dream and the benefits of what she does alive and well. She and her team of volunteers are to be commended for helping the cancer community so much! Thank you Kimberly Touch for all you do!!! A photo from a recent fund raising event is attached.
Kimberly's Touch is an amazing organization that reaches out to help cancer patients in need of funds for transportation, medicine, etc.
When my partner of nearly 3 decades was diagnosed with esophageal cancer, we were both frightened and did not know what to expect during treatments. Kimberly's Touch provided us both with much emotional support and comfort. Kimberly is an absolute angel and she works hard to provide for patients who might otherwise not find the resources they need. She takes each patient into her care just as if they were her own mother or father. I cannot say enough good things about her organization
I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Right Breast Cancer. There were many unforeseen financial obstacles. Kimberly's Touch took the time to listen to my story, show compassion and assisted me financially. This helped relieve me of a lot of my stress while healing physically from chemo, surgery and radiation.

I actually met Kimberly Waters-Washington, the Founder and Executive Director through a Facebook Breast Cancer Survivor Group while I was in quarantine during the pandemic. we began talking, and I was immediately hooked. She was warm, engaging and very loving. She went from wanting to assist me to allowing me the privilege of helping her. I am honored to say that she has been a powerhouse along with the other Board members. I was intrigued because I hadn't heard of too many organizations like this made up of cancer survivors helping other cancer patients. She has been instrumental in introducing me to Maria, another Board Member, who has been an inspiration to me personally as we both go through our journey of cancer. This organization has been beneficial to me in keeping me from giving up while I am being treated for cancer.
I have been affiliated with Kimberly's Touch since the very beginning. I started off as the President of the nonprofit but after the first year I had to step down due to my own Cancer battle, that started in 2018! Since Kimberly's Touch conception and my Cancer battle began I have never once ever needed anything that they didn't see to it that I got!

Kimberly was on my Husband’s care team for 3+ years where he received his Chemotherapy treatments! She always had a special way of making him laugh and smile, even at a very difficult time in his journey. Kindness and compassion is so incredibly important to a patient and their family. We were so excited about Kimberly starting this organization to help others like him. She is truly and amazing woman, giving of her time and giving the help to those truly in need it! So grateful for beautiful souls like her with a passion to give! Thank you so much Kimberly for what you have done and continue to do for others!
Kimberly’s Touch is a great organization. I use to volunteer at the beginning. The founder is very passionate about helping Cancer patients. She believes their should be resources for all cancers.
The pandemic hasn’t stopped her at all, she seek ways to bring in funding to fulfill the Mission.
She has spent sleepless night designing clothes to sell to also help fund the organization. Her heart ❤️ is pure and she loves giving back.
She’s a 10 year survivor herself.
My experience with this nonprofit I truly appreciate all the help from them. Thank you so much for all of the efforts in putting on a spectacular fundraiser!!! The way they come to the aid of others is wonderful. Sincerely Ms. DeborahCherry
I came from Virginia 2 years ago and became a member. This is a wonderful organization, wonderful members..this organization is design to heip other cancer patients with what ever their needs are..if they need financial help..food..someone to talk to. With God and people who really care this organization will go far..
The first thing I noticed about Kimberly is that kindness is first. After that comes her incredible drive to further the cause of helping cancer patients. I have asked her many times where she gets the energy to do what she does but she just laughs and says she is motivated by helping others. We started as business partners but became friends.
Here's what she did last year: assisted 52 patients with housing, utilities, gas gift cards for transportation, groceries, lodging, served 18 hungry families during the winter holidays, and Covid did not stop them from holding a fundraiser. Oh yes, she has a food pantry too.
