Mission: Providing opportunities for educational and cultural exchanges between the sister cities of killeen texas and osan korea
Programs: International festival - in following its exchange mission, killeen sister cities has provided a medium for displaying and exchanging culture through dance, music, crafts, and food. The festival is a one day free event and features cultural music and dance performances, ethnic crafts and food for sale, and a children's art contest.

the organization has been working with the city of killeen and accumulating funds toward the construction of an octagonal pavilion in killeen texas to be a public space honoring the relationship between korea and the united states. The spring event was not held this year in the interest of saving funds toward construction of the pavilion.
