Kids First is a Children's Advocacy Center that serves at least 200 abused children every year in rural northeastern NC, near the Outer Banks. Comprehensive services include state-of-the-art medical evaluation, evidence-based trauma treatment, forensic interviews, and prevention programs. Services are located in a child and family-friendly center. Third party reviews from clients have been outstanding over the 23 years the agency has been in operation.
