Mission: The mission of Kids Cancer Alliance is to enhance the quality of life for children with cancer and their families through our camp and recreational programs.
Results: We have been in existence since 1983 & and have served thousands of children and their families through our recreation and support programs
Target demographics: Children with cancer & children who have survived a childhood cancer aged 6-18 who live in or are treated in the state of Kentucky and their families.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Over 100 children with cancer and their families.

Programs: Indian Summer Oncology Camp: Our week long camp lets kids with cancer build friendships and focus on the important things in life - arts and crafts, swimming, hiking, and s'mores. Indian Summer Sibling Camp: Brothers and sisters of kids with cancer get the chance to meet peers in the same situation, while enjoying some special fun and attention that's all their own. Family Retreat Weekend: Vacations aren't always an option when your child has cancer, but our weekend retreats give the whole family a chance to relax and return home refreshed. Teen Weekender: Summer can't last forever, so each fall we invite teen campers back to reunite with the friends they made at camp. Quarterly Events: Baseball! Go-karts! Roller skating! Campers and families look forward to reconnecting at fun outings throughout the year. In-hospital Programs: Our meal delivery and camp-in programs bring comfort and smiles to help make the hospital more hospitable.
