Programs: Cardiology servicesin january 2011, keystone brought the cardiology program under the fqhc scope of services and added this service to keystone rural health center. This practice uses the same model as all other sites under keystone providing accessible health care to everyone in the community. Franklin county has an inordinately high incidence and prevalence of heart disease, due in part to increased numbers of individuals who are obese and have unhealthy nutritional habits and a lack of exercise.
