The Key Program is an organization designed to assist troubled youth and their families with developing positive life skills and life experiences so that they may pursue productive and rewarding lives. This is an organization that has taken the time and effort to build a structure of policies and procedures that translates into the efficient and effect delivery of program services. Because the infrastructure of the organization (finance, HR, staff training, etc.) is so good the Key Program can readily adapt to changing circumstances and new grants. Many nonprofit organizations do not invest in administration and this lack of investment eventually is reflected in poor program performance. This is not the situation at Key. Senior management and the Board is committed to continual quality improvement and society is the beneficiary.
