Mission: KESHET of WISCONSIN was founded in 1996 by a group of parents whose children were excluded from Jewish programs because of their handicapping conditions. The organization seeks the inclusion of youngsters in regular Jewish educational and camping programs AND the education of the public to issues regarding special needs children and their families. The organization operates in a collaborative mode with the schools and congregations it services.
