Results: Our organization provides support to other local charitable organizations that primarily assist children and mothers in need.
In 2017 KAM’s Community Outreach provided support to:
Battered Women’s Foundation-donating women & children’s clothing, sorting & organizing clothes, kitchen and bathroom items
Christ Haven-volunteered in their food pantry & on their work day by cleaning their grounds by planting, mowing, pulling bushes, trimming trees, removing debris, cleaning flower beds
Community Storehouse-sorted donations
My Donation House-collected 1,001 toys during our annual toy drive, 88 pairs of underwear, 172 pairs of socks, collected school supplies & donated $120
Homeless shelter- made 236 sandwiches, collected 592 water bottles, 356 snack foods, 644 feminine products, 174 misc items (toothbrushes/paste, baby wipes, toilet paper, bug spray, etc)
Fire Station-held a water drive & donated all water collected to local fire stations
March of Dimes-raised $759
Nursing Home/Assisted Living-donated 3 bags of candy, 8 pks of tissue, 25 chapsticks, 6 pks of combs, large box of Usborne activity books, colored pencils, 24 bottles of lotion, walker bag & other misc
Operation Gratitude-sent 70lbs of candy
Orange Out Foundation-donated $40 from KAM t-shirt sales
Tarrant County Food Bank-donated 561 cans during our annual Christmas Party
The Birthday Party Project-put on a public adult prom & donated $514
Over 70 hours volunteered & 200 Random Acts of Kindness!
