Target demographics: Victims of perjury, false accusations regarding false claims child protection services, TPO's, child abandonment, child support & anything dealing gaining child custody through false allegations. Providing great legal services for these issues.

Programs: The Kayden Jayce Foundation is dedicated not only to families dealing with abusive relationships, but also to those who have to deal with the often heartrending issue of a spouse who perjures him/herself in an attempt to gain child custody through lies. So often, these blatant and sometimes criminal untruths are targeted at the other parent – quite simply out of spite. The horrific time period of these events often involve months or even years of distress and/or financial ruination. What’s more, the court’s in our country most often see more of these cases from those with little or no money, than from those who do have money and settle their disputes in the relative comfort of an attorney’s conference room. It is unfair. But it goes unchanged.
