Mission: Kathy's legacy foundation provides tangible protection for victims of domestic violence and support for surviving children.
Programs: Silver lining - the program provides support for guardianships or adoption; therapy; dental and medical needs; and opportunities for normalcy that otherwise would be unaffordable, such as tutoring, recreation, sporting fees, dance classes, and gym passes. Silver lining sees to the basic yet critical needs of the silent, under-served victims of domestic violence homicide. Share the dream - inspires children to dream again after being in survival mode from the trauma of domestic violence. Knowing that healing can take place through laughter, play and experiencing opportunities of normalcy professional nominators (teachers, counselors, therapists, domestic violence organizations, etc. ) can share dream or need requests.
