Mission: Kairos Support for Caregivers was founded in 1988 by John McGrann to offer emotional support for the caregivers of HIV affected persons.
Programs: KSFC addresses the stress, burnout, and grief in caring for those that are HIV affected. KSFC offers grief support groups, as well as caregiver support groups. KSFC also provides handouts, lists of referral resources, a lending library, and a quarterly newsletter about caring for someone affected by HIV/AIDS. One of KSFCs recent accomplishments was joining the worldwide Internet to get its information and newsletter to the public.
