Just Another Ministry has been invaluable to facilitating the Authentic Manhood Program at the Hutchins State Jail. The program is conducted in an environment in which communication and logistics are often challenged. Just Another Ministry has often stepped in to provide information, support, and encouragement when both to the Program, and to the men that it ministers to. Thanks for all that you do.

This nonprofit exemplifies servanthood and love of others. The staff work diligently with the TDCJ Chaplaincy to assist the Chaplain in delivering religious services to all inmates. For example, the staff assists with programs such as volunteer training, delivering religious materials to inmates, providing counseling and emergency assistance with family emergencies, perform administrative support needed to delivery religious programs daily, teach classes to inmates, among other services. Just Another Ministry is really NOT just another ministry. It is a valuable asset and gift to TDCJ and the many inmates it serves. No job is too small or difficult for this ministry. Services are delivered with love and generosity and a servant's heart. I have no reservation in giving this ministry 5 stars.

This ministry has been, and continues to be, an exceptional asset to the TDCJ chaplaincy program! The diligent work ethic and moral integrity of the staff has made volunteering an honor and a privilege every single time. Their heart to see the offender break free from the cycle of incarceration by equipping them with the coping skills to be productive citizens, is above reproach! Thank you “Just Another Ministry” for all that you do!!

I know this is a bit of a cliché but, if you are looking for an organization, non-profit or otherwise, that really makes a difference then you do not need to look beyond Just Another Ministry (JAM). Whether it's by working day-to-day on-site as part of the Prison Chaplaincy team, or by coordinating with Churches to bring in volunteers to lead Chapel Services, or supporting and participating in other non-profit organizations' programs, JAM has a very real, invaluable impact on the Offenders with whom they work.

Just Another Ministry has provided has provided on-site staff to support the Hutchins State Jail for several years. The compassion and openness for the incarcerated men has helped to increase the number of programs provided by the TDCJ Chaplaincy department. They assist other volunteer groups to come in and share the love of God for the incarcerated brothers therein. They assist multiple denominations as prescribed by the TDCJ Chaplaincy guidelines. It is only through shear dedication to the mission of the TDCJ Chaplaincy goals and the love of God that they have been able to persevere.

I truly believe in this organization. So many people come out of prison with no support system or any good place to go. Many just end back up in the place that sent them to prison, and can't break the cycle. An inmate needs to have something to believe in while incarcerated, and being involved in a faith based activity gives them hope and something to believe in. Knowing that someone on the outside cares about an inmate can be the change they need.

Just Another Ministry has assisted the incarcerated during this dark time. I have seen first-hand how they bring hope, healing, and restoration to the men and women of the Texas Department Of Corrections. They do not hesitate to lend a hand with the efforts of other ministries and are front-runners when it comes to practical strategies to meet needs and make our communities safer.
