Is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and to improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
Programs: Membership are trained to become leaders and volunteers in the community.
projects related improving local childrens' health. Their two main projects are fueling kids and kids in the kitchen. Fueling kids focus is to provide events to sabal elementary twice a month with an expanded monthly program agenda to provide learning about the importance of nutrition and physical activity for proper health, provide a fun and engaging physical activity as well as planned interactive food activity where the students can create their own healthy snack and eat it during the event. Kids in the kitchen is an annual health and wellness conference that aims at teaching kids and their parents the importance of eating healthy foods and involving them in the fight against childhood obesity.
