Mission: The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations described under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding section of a future federal tax code. This shall be accomplished through the promotion of agriculture, stock raising, dairying, manufacturing, and any other activity that can be performed to develop the resources and promote the prosperity of juneau county. This objective may be obtained by the holding of a county fair and the sponsorship of other activities as may be deemed appropriate or necessary to promote the above pruposes of the corporation so long as all activities fall under the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
Programs: Conduct the annual juneau county fair to promote interest in agriculture to residents of the county.
