Mission: Jfh inc's basic mission is to care for those unable to care for themselves. Jfh was chartered in 1892 to provide a home for elderly widows and orphaned children. Since then its programs have been modified and expanded to meet the changing needs of the community.
Programs: Healthcare & rehab/assisted living & independent living: juliette fowler homes, inc. Provides around the clock nursing care or assisted living services to residents unable to remain in their home environment. Jackson living center provides independent living apartments for the elderly. In total, capacity at juliette fowler homes, inc. Is 157 residents.
children, youth & family services: this program consists of a foster care program for placement of children in foster homes and the ebby house. The ebby house, a residential home for young women who have aged out of the foster care system. This new strengths-based program will mentor up to 14 young women for 12-24 months, instill life skills, and provide housing, healthcare, education, career guidance, job training, and permanency.
